Important Changes to the Medicare Coverage Policy for New York and New Jersey

Effective July 29, 2005, the Medicare Part B botulinum toxin coverage policy developed jointly by Empire Medicare Services, GHI Medicare and HealthNow New York (www.empiremedicare.com) has been updated and includes acceptance of Myobloc® (Botulinum Toxin Type B) Injectable Solution.
