Important Changes to the Medicare Coverage Policy for Pennsylvania

Effective February 15, 2006, the Medicare Part B botulinum toxin coverage policy developed by HGSAdministrators (www.hgsa.com) has been updated and includes acceptance of Myobloc® (Botulinum Toxin Type B) Injectable Solution.
